3. Pre-contractual Information

3.1 We ensure you have access to the following essential information before entering a contract:

   - Main features of our services

   - Our identification and contact details

   - Comprehensive pricing, inclusive of all charges

   - Details on payment, delivery, and performance

   - Our policy on handling grievances

   - Contract tenure or the conditions for its termination

 

4. Right to Cancel Within the Cooling-off Period

4.1 Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days from the day after it's initiated without needing to specify a reason. This right is applicable unless you have explicitly agreed to the immediate commencement of services and have acknowledged the consequent loss of your right to cancel once the services are fully performed.

4.2 How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

​

4.2.1 To exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, you must clearly inform us of your decision to do so. You can do this by sending an email to info@nft-tokenizer.com

4.2.2 In cases where work has not yet started, upon receiving your cancellation notice, we shall promptly refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request.

4.3 Exception for Work Already Commenced

​

4.3.1 If we have already begun work, and you wish to cancel within the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that the services have commenced. In this situation:

  • If the services have been fully performed at your request within the cooling-off period, you will lose your right to cancel, and no refund will be provided.

  • If only part of the services has been performed, you will be liable to pay us an amount that is in proportion to the services performed up to the point when we receive your cancellation notice, compared to the full coverage of the contract.

 

4.4 Refunds

4.4.1 We will process any refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. There will be no additional charges for processing the refund.

 

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

5.1 We utilize artificial intelligence systems, such as ChatGPT, Bing, and Dale, to offer certain functionalities. Your utilization of our services signifies your consent to this.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Except for User Content, all materials on the Website belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6.2 You retain rights to your IP and/or real world assets and resultant NFTs but grant us a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to utilize the IP and/or real world assets for service provision.

 

 

7. User Content

7.1 You may submit IP or other materials. You guarantee that your submissions do not breach third-party rights and comply with all regulations.

7.2 We maintain the right to delete any content that contradicts these Terms.
